Wow, it’s been awhile. Please don’t hate me.
I’ve got a couple exciting updates!
1) My application to be an exhibitor at the Chicago Alternative Comics Expo CAKE has been accepted!
That means I’ll have new BiPE and Banapplenut comics for sale coming this June!
2) I’m currently working on a fun project supplying doodles for a small, live classical music concert! They’re loosely inspired by the style of Charles Schulz. Check out the main character, Arthur:
3) Finally, I’m swamped as ever with my full-time work. That said, I’m optimistic about adding new BiPE comics relatively soon. Part of the problem has been the way I’ve been drawing the comics up until now. My current method TAKES FOREVER and does not utilize my tech and software in a smart way. I think I will have to change my style and use clean lines like the ones in the top image.
What do you think? Does it kill too much of the charm? Perhaps I will try to get to a story break first so the transition in styles is a little smoother.
I’d also like to say THANK YOU SO MUCH for continuing to check this site for updates! I feel terrible for not being able to keep up the story. It’s coming, I promise!

Heyyy Boy, Don’t feel too terrible! I understand what a full schedule feels like. I’ll always be checking out your updates, even if it takes some time 🙂
Take care! :*
YAY! Update!!!
YAAAY!! Promise of MORE updates!!!!!
LOVE YOUUU
I’d love to see new pages no matter what style 🙂 I adore this comic!
If changing the style means more comics, by all means. 🙂
The sample image looks nice. I don’t see the style becoming less charming with the solid lines.
I think it would be fine to change the line style. The clean lines look really nice.
Yay!
